With this agreement Metalco becomes the first global group in the urban furniture sector.<\/p>\n<p>The group has begun a strong investment plan, firstly with the acquisition of City Design and then with the launch of My Equilibria, it represents an unique opportunity to create a new, formidable range of products, that combined with Bellitalia own international distribution network.<\/p>\n<p>This acquisition is expected to further accelerate the Group\u2019s growth strategy in the urban furnitures business and give a wider range of products for enterprises and professionals, it will provide a competitive advantage and strengthens its position as market leader offering the best technological and innovative solutions to its industrial and professionals customers.<\/p>\n<p>The prestigious collaborations with important architects and designers such as Antonio Citterio, Pininfarina, Marc Aurel is aimed to consolidate the already structured leadership of Metalco Group, as the largest urban furniture production group in the world and will allow a more effective and incisive capillarization in the \u201cMade in Italy\u201d markets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter 20 years of collaboration with Bellitalia, we have been able to grow and compare our experiences to the point of establishing a partnership that has become increasingly solid and aimed at facing the new challenges of globalization.
