{"id":38522,"date":"2023-11-21T11:46:34","date_gmt":"2023-11-21T10:46:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/metalco-mobiliar.cz\/?p=38522"},"modified":"2024-01-17T11:53:22","modified_gmt":"2024-01-17T10:53:22","slug":"the-partnership-between-magis-and-metalco-gives-life-to-a-new-folly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/metalco-mobiliar.cz\/en\/the-partnership-between-magis-and-metalco-gives-life-to-a-new-folly\/","title":{"rendered":"THE PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN MAGIS AND METALCO GIVES LIFE TO A NEW FOLLY"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The concrete version of the FOLLY seat<\/strong>, designed by\u00a0<strong>Ron Arad<\/strong>\u00a0and originally in polyethylene, was presented this morning at the\u00a0<strong>Salon des Maires<\/strong>, at the stand of the new\u00a0<strong>Agora Makers<\/strong>\u00a0group, where the products of Metalco, Ghm and Eclatec are present.<\/p>\n<p>This new version was born from the\u00a0<strong>partnership between Metalco and Magis Spa<\/strong>, a famous furniture company from northern Italy, and is made with a high-performance cement mixture called\u00a0<strong>HPC (High Performance Concrete)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The external sides of the bench are characterized by continuous and light lines<\/strong>, inspired by nature and have a smooth formwork finish to keep their aesthetics unaltered.\u00a0<strong>The seat surface is even<\/strong>, without reliefs, to increase comfort and contrast with the external sides, and is available in both a smooth formwork and smoothed finish, to highlight the aggregates of the mixture.<\/p>\n<p>The dynamic and sinuous lines have been maintained thanks to the physical characteristics of the HPC.
